Ready to enrol?

Click on the blue “apply” button on our SmartCentral portal (at the link), create a user log-in, and complete your enrolment form.

Enrolment forms should be submitted by email, by 5 January. (If you are starting mid-year, then please submit your enrolment form as soon as possible; usually right after your Schnupper session to give us time to process it and be ready for your child to start.)

If your child has a medical condition, you will need to provide relevant action plans through the SmartCentral portal, and we ask that you bring a full colour copy of any Action Plans to GAP with you and discuss your child’s needs with the teachers – to be doubly certain.

After you’ve decided to enrol your child or youth, then click the link below and fill in an online Scouts ACT Youth Application form.  From the list of scout groups, choose German Australian Pfadfinder.

Please provide us with some information about your planned hall hire.

The Scout Hall is available for responsible clubs to hire on a regular basis. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate private birthday parties or functions due to personal liability insurance restrictions.

To hire Turner Scout Hall

1. Email our hall hire coordinator on turner.scout.hall.hire@spielwelt.org.au to check your dates and times.
2. Send your public liability insurance certificate to our hall hire coordinator by email. Please ask your insurer to add “Scouts Australia – ACT Branch” as an interested party to your insurance policy.
3. Read the Terms and Conditions.
4. Fill in the Appendix to the Terms and Conditions, with your organisation or club’s details.
